Ladybirds Day Nursery enjoys an enviable trading position adjacent to the main A379 trunk route as it passes through the centre of the popular and sought after South Devon village of Brixton.

Brixton is located  approximately 5 miles to the east of the major South Devon city of Plymouth,  located on the A379 trunk route which links Plymouth to Kingsbridge. It is known as the gateway to the South Hams being within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village dates back to medieval times and has a population of approx. 1,200. It enjoys a varied range of facilities and amenities including St. Marys Church, a shop and post office, a pub, restaurant and fish and chip shop. There are a number of bed and breakfast establishments nearby, and also a camping and caravan park. Many of the  beautiful sandy beaches of the South Devon coast are within comfortable driving distance.

The premises are detached and were originally a Methodist chapel before being converted to a nursey in 2001. The unit is well presented and equipped throughout and briefly comprises two classroom areas, baby/cot room, office, staffroom, cloakroom/laundry, kitchen, children’s toilet and secure fully enclosed outside play area.
